BOSCH – a German firm specializing in auto diagnostic equipment has partnered with the training academy of Innoson Vehicles Manufacturing (IVM) and the Nigeria Automobile Technician Association to train unemployed youths from Anambra State in South-Eastern Nigeria.
The Innoson Kiara Academy Curriculum is designed to give trainees an all-inclusive educational experience and exposure that provides adequate skills acquisition and employability.
The partnership is geared toward training over so many Anambra youths in four spheres of auto-oriented disciplines: Auto Mechanic, Auto Elect, Auto fabrication and welding, and Auto spray painting.
Furthermore, the trainees will also acquaint themselves with the use of the BOSCH Auto diagnostic machine which mainly detects mechanical and electrical faults in automobiles
Upon graduation, Innoson Kiara Academy will support successful graduates who wish to be entrepreneurs to seek funds from the Central Bank of Nigeria to support the establishment of their respective auto maintenance workshops.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the training, you must be below 40 years of age and must be from Anambra state as this is mainly aimed at training and equipping youths from the state.
